All appointments booked online are considered received and reserved. A $50 non-refundable Booking/Tray Set-Up Fee is required to secure the appointment. * New client bookings for full sets of lash extensions and/or brow permanent make-up only. This fee is invoiced via Square within 24 hours of booking and is applied toward the total service cost.

A text message will be sent 4 days before your scheduled appointment. Clients must reply “Y” within 24 hours to confirm. If no response is received, the appointment will be cancelled and released back to public availability.

Things happen! I understand that life can be unpredictable. However, to ensure fairness to all clients and respect for my time, the following policies apply:

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

• If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the booking fee is transferable to ONE rebooking date only. If the rescheduled appointment is cancelled, the booking fee will be forfeited.

• Appointments cannot be cancelled or changed online within 48 hours of the appointment time. If you need to make a change within this timeframe, you must contact me directly via email or phone.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking will receive a refund of the booking fee.

• After 48 hours of booking, the booking fee becomes non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance the appointment is scheduled.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without prior communication or cancellation, you will be marked as a no-show. In this case:

• Your booking fee will be forfeited.

• To schedule a future appointment, you will be required to pay 50% of the service cost upfront.

This policy ensures fairness and respect for both my time and other clients waiting for appointments.

Your appointment time is dedicated entirely to you, and I strive to create a safe, relaxing environment where you can feel completely at ease. For this reason, please note:

• No additional guests are permitted during your service. This includes friends, family, or children.

• My studio is a licensed tattoo studio and, in accordance with regulations, does not permit anyone under the age of 18 on the premises.

• The studio is a space designed to focus solely on your service and ensure your comfort and safety. Bringing extra guests can disrupt the serene environment I aim to provide for all clients.

• This is your time to relax, unwind, and enjoy a moment of self-care in a professional setting without distractions.

Please come with CLEAN lashes. Lash Extensions do not stick to dirty lashes and your lash extensions will have the best retention on clean lashes. Second Sister Esthetics may work over another artist’s lashes. If you have received lash extensions by another artist/studio, and wish to book with me - you must reach out to me directly first (email at hello@secondsisterstudio.com Extensions from other studios may not always be filled. If the integrity of your natural lashes are compromised, or your current lash extensions are not able to be filled - a complimentary removal will apply with the charge of a full set.

Healed results will vary between each individual client, using a pencil or powder may still be needed. Cosmetic tattooing is an art and not a science. I do not have any control over what occurs during the healing process. How your body heals is out of my control. This is 100% you and your body's job. Everyone heals and accepts the ink differently. Even when following the aftercare; fading, blurring or poor retention can still happen depending on your skin and lifestyle. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions (charged accordingly) may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

Cosmetic tattooing results vary by individual based on skin type, lifestyle, and healing response. While the highest standard of care is followed, no specific outcome can be guaranteed.

• Clients with previous brow tattooing from another provider must submit clear photos for approval before booking

• Not all previously tattooed brows are eligible for immediate treatment — removal may be required

• Multiple sessions may be necessary to achieve the desired outcome; additional charges will apply

Your service includes one complimentary touch-up, which must be completed between 6 to 12 weeks after your initial appointment.

• Touch-ups scheduled after 12 weeks will be subject to a refresher fee

• Annual refreshers are generally recommended every 12–24 months, depending on skin retention and lifestyle factors

• Missed complimentary touch-ups will not be extended beyond the eligibility window

Second Sister Esthetics specializes in refined, natural enhancements. The studio does not offer overly bold, heavily saturated, or high-volume styles.

• If another provider has performed work over Second Sister Esthetics’ original service, a new set is required for any future bookings

• Fills or touch-ups will not be provided on mixed or altered work unless pre-approved
