Here’s what happens next:

New client bookings for full sets of lash extensions and/or brow micro-pigmentation made online are to reserve your spot only and are not yet confirmed. To confirm your appointment, a $50 Booking/Tray-Set-Up Fee must be paid within 24 hours of reserving your time. This fee is credited toward your service and ensures your spot is secured.

You will receive a payment invoice via email or text shortly, which will allow you to securely pay through Square. Please submit your payment promptly to avoid losing your reservation, as time slots are released back to the public after 24 hours without payment.

Policies You Need to Know

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice to allow me to accommodate other clients.

Appointments cannot be cancelled or changed online within 48 hours of the appointment. For any last-minute changes, please email or call me directly.

If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, your booking fee will be refunded. Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking are non-refundable, regardless of how far in advance your appointment is scheduled.

If you reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment, the booking fee is transferable to one rebooking date only.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up without prior communication, your booking fee will be forfeited. To rebook, you will need to pay 50% of the service cost upfront.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing cold or flu-like symptoms, I kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment.

Appointments will not proceed if you are visibly unwell upon arrival.
